Cell Phone Help

All you technical folk. My dad has a Sony-Ericsson T630 and we've taken some digicam pictures with it. The problem is in transferring the damn things onto the PC. We think we've got a USB cable but no adapter. We also don't have a cell-phone internet connection and the laptop doesn't have Bluetooth or Infra-red stuff. Any ideas?!
