"Not the Royal Wedding" Street Party (http://www.republic.org.uk/What%20we%20do/Republic%20Campaigns/Royal%20wedding/index.php) - I'm hoping to join it at some point if I recover from my ill-timed migraine, but it's looking increasingly unlikely. I was really looking forward to it especially after the Council denied our first street party application in a nearby location. We made a song and dance about it and they relented the second time around. I think anti-monarchical parties will be "tolerated" as long as we refrain from the "off with their heads" chants...

But that's really disappointing about The Chasers. I can't think of a better event to satirise till the cows come home.
