MATCH REPORT
I couldn't watch the match because I'm currently working a night shift, but I brought my radio in with me and what joy. Until the 78th minute I was anxious as hell, but then Fernando Torres proved why he was worth every single penny of the $40+ million deal that brought him to Anfield this season. The 23-year-old Spaniard scored two goals, while Gerrard and Crouch added one of their own to give us renewed hope of making the knockout stages of Europe's premier tournament. All we need to do now is win in Marseille.
