Tardy, but never too late. To all the Aussies to read this journal it was no doubt a matter of so close, yet so far the other day @ Trent Bridge. I must say until Hoggard smashed Brett Lee in what turned out to be the penultimate over of the match it was impossible to predict an English victory. Luckily, they won (2 minutes before I left for the airport) and I was able to proudly wear my England ODI jersey on the flight back to Montreal.

Too bad I didn't fly through Heathrow. What a riot that would've been...

PS To all British Asians, get the fuck off yer arses and head down to the Brit Oval. I bet after 7/7 Mr. Tebbitt'll be licking his fingers thinkin 'I told you so'! Sure, continue supporting India/Pakistan but fer now, let's try and savour a British Ashes this summer. :)
