I was surpried about the Ronaldo jeering as well. For his safety's sake, I hope he doesn't return to the English Premiership. Rooney's probably ready to kick the shit out of him. And so he should. Ronaldo is a piece of fuck.
Figo's jeering was probably due to the fact that his headbutt warranted a sending off rather than a mere yellow card. Disapproval probably more than anything else.
I don't think SGE really did much good for English football. How can you say he was completely outstanding? The way I see it, he became 25 million pounds richer for minimal return. The FA should've sacked him when they caught him trying to work out a deal with Chelsea et al. I'm glad he's gone.
