My Dad and I went to watch the latest in a line of British romantic comedies. Unfortunately, as expected the good parts were edited but even then, there was an incredible amount of love-making going on there. At one point I wasn't sure if my dad would've preferred watching The Day After Tomorrow. Luckily he enjoyed the movie, or so he mentioned afterwards.

I quite liked it, even though it seemed to meander along mindlessly for a while. There were a few cheesy lines here and there, but for the most part it was a tasteful amalgmation of the Who's Who in modern British cinema. The only notable missing face perhaps, was Michael Caine. Maybe he's too old to make love, actually?

Share with me a list of movies you seriously recommend to watch before the end of the summer. I'll do the same if you want. The Corporation, Canadian Bacon and Fahrenheit 9/11 are definitely @ the top of my agenda when I get back to Montreal but I'm looking for some other intense, preferably-foreign, independent documentary-movies.

Tomorrow is my India Presentation. I hope I rehearse it enough and stick to the 30 minute guideline. Maybe Lang has forgotten all about it? Luckily I enjoy speaking in public. It shouldn't turn out to be all that bad. Anybody interested in going thru a copy of the Powerpoint Slides?

So yeh, list list list recommended movies. Take care and Good Night! :)

Haha mate, u realize I will never watch the corporation since it is against my views and beliefs... Fahrenheit might be funnier...

I watched the Butterfly Effect. Cool movie mate... Worth the effort of d/l for 14 hours...

Next weekend, me gonna go to DJ Tiesto at ARIA afterhours... the sunday I wanna go watch the F1 race. Not to mention that next week I have the finals. Tough shit mate...

Take care and have fun with the India presentation.

'Closing time' is one of the best songs I've ever heard. It's among those beautiful pieces of music I can listen to endlessly regardless of how good or bad I feel.
