well one thing I liked from it was the way Martin O Neil was quite strong on what he wanted...it was a good indication for any future deals, although sometimes his way about transfers has a negative effect when he won't spend an extra million a team want :S
but yeh all is sort of forgiven although his mind seems to be somewhere else at times this season even if he has scored a few good goals.
