I've heard that pro-monarchy street parties are allowed while organisers of anti-monarchy parties are liable to be arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause public nuisance and breach of the peace. Can you confirm? I've also read that The Chasers in Australia have been banned from presenting satirical coverage of The Wedding. So far I'm not impressed with this whole thing.
