It's not often a Test playing nation is skittled out for as few runs as the Windies were in the summer of '69. Their lineup included a young Clive Lloyd and a retired Clyde Walcott. The Irish still don't have Test playing status but they have a habit of defeating the Windies, a trend dating to 1928 and repeated as recent as 2004 when 292 was chased down with 6 wickets and 19 balls to spare!
