Actually, The Economist is not a magazine. ;)


For historical reasons The Economist is often referred to as a newspaper, though unlike most newspapers it is printed weekly in magazine form on glossy paper, like a newsmagazine. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Economist)

In a few weeks, I'll have another subscription to the Australian, so I'll be using an old-fashioned tree-killing news source again. In the meantime, someone else should read blogs.

I love reading newspapers, the 'normal' way but I just don't have the time to read any regularly over here. I've subscribed on and off to different ones, and each time I just felt guilty having to ignore so many of the supplements and what not. In fact, with highspeed internet, it's just so much more convenient locating everything and anything online in a matter of seconds.

Ideally I would like a single site or two that contains articles from all my favorite sources to save even more time. Something like RSS feeds.

But I do agree, more people should read blogs.
