Caller of the Day! :)

I won the incentive for the first time @ work today! w00t! It basically involves getting the most number of pledges in a shift, an extra hours worth of pay and a few additional brownie points with my boss. The night turned out to be even better when I won the ticket for two for the final McGill Symphony Orchestral concert for the year by raising the most money on credit cards. A great night of calling and the only shift for the week! yay!

England bt Azerbaijan two-nil in a World Cup qualifier. Comfortable victory. But @ the post-match press conference Carlos Alberto, the Azerbaijan coach, let it rip by picking on the England striker, Michael Owen. In a 10-minute personal attack he was quoted as saying among other things:

"I have a history in football but what is the history of this guy, this midget? He ought to clean his tongue and wash the boots of David Beckham as they are so wet tonight."
Oh...Kay! Someone give this guy a chill pill.
